- You agree to sell any and all South Beach Skin Solutions® products for a price no less than the Minimum Advertised Retail (MAP) prices. Absolutely no discounting.
- No selling auctioning on eBay, Amazon or other similar ecommerce platform!
- You will not advertise the products online using Google, Yahoo or other keyword advertising.
- You agree to make no claims regarding use or effectiveness of any South Beach Skin Solutions® product other than the ones made on this web site or other official sales materials provided to you.
- You will use all South Beach Skin Solutions® products according to the usage guidelines provided.
